Endless hot water with Rinnai

Timely response, on time for appointment, cordial, listened to my concern, knew the system, competent diagnosis, explained the problem, provided a solution well within my budget. Bottom line, the Eagle service tech knew what he was doing without overkill or over price.

Our installers did wonderful work putting in our new HVAC and it was a difficult job. Eagle's estimator was the only one to figure out how our job could be done without moving a major pipe, thus involving more time plus a plumber. Her out-of-the-box thinking saved us about $6,000 compared to the other two companies, but it did make extra work for our installers. However, they worked constantly, got the job done in a day & cleaned up beautifully. We are very grateful.

Adisen was a breath of fresh air. He was very polite, pleasant, presentable and on time. He stayed and checked different things with our water booster pump which wanted to run all the time, until he found the leak which didn't take long. Talking with the nice people in the office was very pleasant. I highly recommend him along with Eagle Pipe Heating and Air. I shall definitely use their service should I need it again.
