Third-party services we use
- Google reCAPTCHA — protects our forms from spam and abuse; subject to Google's privacy policy and terms.
- Google Tag Manager (GTM-KMSGW63R) and Google Analytics 4 — help us understand site usage. Consent Mode defaults deny measurement storage in the EEA/UK/Switzerland until you accept; elsewhere (including the US) defaults allow measurement unless you decline via the cookie banner or Global Privacy Control.
- Form processing — contact and quote submissions are delivered to us through our website provider, CI Web Group, on our behalf.
- Avoca Simple Scheduler — optional online booking widget that opens when you choose a schedule/book control on this site.
- Synchrony — if you apply for financing, your application is handled by Synchrony on its own platform under its terms and privacy policy.

Payment Security
We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers (PAN), CVV, or expiration data on this website. Online payments and financing applications are handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors on their own secure systems — for example, Synchrony for financing applications, which open on Synchrony's hosted site. Card data entered there is processed by the lender, not by Eagle Pipe Heating & Air servers.
