Eagle Pipe Heating & Air provides professional HVAC and plumbing services in Poulsbo, WA and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Scheduling & cancellation
Service appointments are booked based on availability. We do our best to arrive within the scheduled window.
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Missed appointments without notice may incur a service call fee
- After-hours and emergency services may be subject to higher rates
Pricing & payment
Pricing is provided up front before work begins. Estimates are based on the information available at assessment and may be adjusted if additional work is uncovered.

- Scope changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding
Warranties & guarantees
We stand behind our work with applicable warranties on labor and parts. Manufacturer warranties may apply to installed equipment. Terms vary by service type and will be provided at time of service. Warranties don't cover damage from misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eagle Pipe Heating & Air shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Rates, terms, and availability are set and disclosed by the lender at the time of application. Eagle Pipe Heating & Air is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
Your privacy choices

Property access & safety
To perform service, you agree to give our team safe and reasonable access to the work area and to tell us about known hazards, such as pets, gas leaks, electrical issues, or unsafe structures. We may pause or reschedule work if a site is unsafe. You are responsible for moving or protecting personal items in the work area unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Permits & code compliance
Where a job requires permits or inspections, we pull the permits we are responsible for and complete work to the applicable state and local codes. Fees for permits and inspections may be added to your quote. We are licensed in Washington under HVAC license EAGLEPM867LK and plumbing license EAGLEPH757C8.
Electronic communications & records
When you contact us through this website, email, or text, you agree that we may respond and do business with you electronically. Quotes, invoices, receipts, and notices we provide electronically meet any requirement that those records be in writing. You may request a paper copy of any record at any time.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, supplier or equipment shortages, utility outages, labor disruptions, or government actions. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected work as soon as possible.
Severability, waiver & entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of that term. These Terms, along with any written estimate or service agreement you sign, are the entire agreement between you and Eagle Pipe Heating & Air for the services described here.
