Most of our calendar comes from word of mouth — neighbors telling neighbors who to call. The Eagle Pipe Referral Rewards program is our way of saying thank-you with real credit on your account, every time you do.

Both households get the same credit, in the same amount, applied the day the referred job invoices. The bigger the work, the bigger the thank-you.

Service-call referral
Your neighbor books a diagnostic or repair visit. They get $50 off their first invoice. You get a $50 credit on your account.
Applies to repair tickets of $250+. Credit applied after the job is invoiced and paid.

Install referral
Furnace, ductless head, water heater, or AC condenser install — both households get $150 credit when the install is complete.
Applies to single-component installs of $2,500+. Credits stack with utility rebates.

Heat-pump system referral
Full heat-pump system replacement — the biggest ticket and the biggest thank-you. Both households get $250 toward future work.
Applies to ducted or ductless system installs of $8,000+. Credits stack with PSE / JPUD rebates.

How it works · Three steps
We don't use affiliate links or partner dashboards. The program runs on the same trust the rest of the shop runs on — your name on the ticket is the receipt.
Tell them about us
Pass along our number, our website, or just our name. The neighbor hands the tech a slip of paper, mentions you on the call, or fills out the form below.
We do the work
They book a service or install. The job runs the same way every job runs at Eagle Pipe — fixed quote, written terms, straight talk. Your name goes on the ticket.
Both accounts get credit
After the job is invoiced and paid, both your account and theirs get the referral credit applied. Use it on a tune-up, a repair, or roll it into the next install.
