When Michael, the technician, arrived on time in a clean, well marked truck, I was further impressed by his grooming, manners and efficiency. He and Rob removed my 30 year old water heater, of a very unique size, and replaced it with a new high efficiency model. They made no messes, though they had to tear the old rusting heater apart to remove it, and when they left, the area was at least as tidy as when they arrived. I was very grateful for the care they took to prevent Covid exposure. Their communication with me was compassionate and appropriate.
