Jacob and his associate (apologies, I forgot his name) - were on time, courteous, and worked efficiently. They went above and beyond and addressed an issue with the water heater venting. Jacob was well versed in the operation of my new furnace, and answered all my questions.
Michael Tschohl was on time and got right to the issue. He also had a pleasant personality which is always a plus. He made sure everything was taken care of before he left and provided direct contact information in case there was any questions that came up.
